CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice via phone or on your appointment confirmation notification to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment. CLIENT CANCELLATIONS: If the client cancels their appointment the day of or less than 24 hours before their appointment OR the same day of their appointment, no refund will be issued, and they are still responsible for the full remaining balance. No exceptions. MAKEUP ARTIST/ESTHETICIAN CANCELLATIONS: If the makeup artist/esthetician cancels the appointment, a full refund of the retainer will be refunded as a courtesy. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. RESCHEDULING: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice by phone or through your appointment confirmation email if you need to reschedule your appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled only once using the original deposit, and the new appointment date must be scheduled within 30 days of the original appointment. If you wish to reschedule to a date beyond 30 days, a new appointment and deposit will be required. All deposits are non-refundable. NO CALL/ NO SHOW: If the client is a no call/ no show they are responsible for the full balance and they will no longer be able to book services with Glam Theory Cosmetics.
